if there is an online video streaming service for thai dramas with subtitles in any language, would you guys use it?

I would be careful and check to make the web site is virus free.

gotcha so security matters, but i wonder if there are sites out there or yt channel that has thai dramas with chinese and vietnamese or khmer subs?

There's only a few still dedicated thai lakorn fansubbers on youtube. Many other groups have been using Viki to sub and translate their work into different languages.
