If u rent a house and already pay like half for the manger than later found about that the house already had two persons die in there house. Would u still want to live ?

Check your lease agreement - particularly the exit clause - it will tell you how to break the lease. And there should be a "Renter's Right" info sheet that comes with your lease, spelling out your rights as a renter. If there isn't you can get a copy at the local housing office in your area. Each state is different.

first, find out about the law and try to get your money back. the worst is just forget the deposit money and find another place. i'm telling you, a place is likely to be haunted if there was a murder or suicide because the spirit is mad. but natural death should be ok.
