I lost 10 pounds in a year before, but gained it all back due to poor diet. LMAO! What do you eat on a regular basis to maintain your diet?

145 lbs to 110 lbs. It took a month to lose 5 lbs so yeah, it's a long process . Eat properly, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have achieve the weight you want, you can eat rice but for lunch and big NO for dinner. That's it, I guess, do not over-fill your stomach, dont stuff yourself. Stay away from fried food btw, you can have them but with moderate amounts

its funny how kim,yaya and mint were the closest in the beginning. they even went to yaya's house in pataya back then. margie was never with the girls unless it was all guys/girls gathering. but now, margie seems to be the expertise in the BFF world for them. lmao! well, it is what it is. guess, mint is doomed or something. don't know how to explain. it wouldnt be fair if they didnt invite mint though. so shady. but mint acts like mai d and janie are her BFFs too so who cares? lol

I think it's a factor of growing up. All the girls were in their teens trying to make sense of the ET world together. Just like after high school you don't necessarily always remains close to the same people. You fall out sometimes... even if you don't, you grow distant as each person wants something different in life. To me it just feels like the natural progression of life and growing up. Margi is older than these girls so she has a few more years of maturity to fall back on.

Can you email him? That way you will have a documentation trail of having approached him with your questions or issues. Just make sure you re-read your emails so that it does not come off as you are blaming him or such. Does he has a boss that can reach out too? Also, see if you can set up a meeting with him to find out what his expectations are and how he would like to work with you.

I would email human resources, that will force him to talk to you. And if still doesn't result talk to human resources again.
