Mai Posted July 31, 2008 Report Share Posted July 31, 2008 I dont know, but for the longest time for months I couldnt figure out why I couldnt pay on my account. I use netscape and it's always worked. But then I kept trying to pay for my account and it kept bringing me back to the same page. So I called them up and they said I entered the wrong credit card number, and I inspected the numbers and it was right, not only that, but those numbers I paid for the account with before, it's been there since the previous payment, so how could it be? I gave them my credit card number through the phone and they still couldnt get it to work. Thank god natty offered her account for me to use while I was struggling to get my account reactivated lol. But nways I kept trying for months and it didnt work, but then one day I was on a different browser, explorer, and it worked :blink: apparently netscape wasnt reading the extra digits explorer was :blink: I still use netscape now, but start up explorer when I need to make any credit card payments. I just open the recorder...and open the video and it record itself. lol and if it buffer, I just start over again cuz the recorder just record the buffering too. I use to be able to record from ch7 and I have window vista. I have bought a wmr recorder last year and it worked fine until recently I wasn't able to record from ch7.
